Sleeve sizing
Each pair × strategy is a $1M sleeve. Risk capped per-position with a hard stop loss; positions sized to vault equity at entry. Returns shown net of taker fees and funding across the full history (Season-1 restated 2026-06-12: 4bps taker per fill + Binance funding per position-interval).
Aggressive strategy — live
Long / Short — the base strategy. Maximizes time in the market, long or short: entries and flips follow the converged verdict of the nightly panel, and a position whose original reasoning is invalidated is abandoned rather than defended. One unbroken account since March 2026 — Season 1 → Season 2 → Season 3 on the same book throughout.
Protective strategy — in trial
The same entries and the same invalidation discipline as Aggressive, plus exactly one refinement: an end-of-trend exit. When the move a position rode is read as complete, Protective may step out to cash and bank it, rather than staying exposed while the next trend forms. Running as a supervised trial per pair.
The nightly read
Each night after the close, a mechanical gate screens every pair. Where it fires, a cohort of independent readers — each blind to the instrument, the calendar, and the book — reads the full window, and nothing acts until the cohort converges in open debate. While a position is held, the night has two jobs: the entering readers stay on as sentinels, defending the held side bar by bar (the exit is read on the story, never on drawdown) — and the gate keeps watching the opposite side; a converged opposite entry flips the book. The hard stop outranks everything.
